Intervention with sound frequency on three glass panels transported from the historical centre of Ciudad Juárez, Mexico.
Three glass panels with wood frame, 181 x 286 x 120; 96.5 x 286 x 120; 132.5 x 286 x 120 cm.
Sounds from the train across Ciudad Juarez are recorded and transformed into a low frequency that vibrates in the gallery space. The sound rattles the installation’s glass panels - taken from the city centre. The panels are covered with Xeroxed posters featuring the faces of missing women.
