Laboring
A 1964 ink and pencil drawing on paper depicts four human figures, each engaged in some form of work. Two are bent over. Two are walking or standing in the company of animals. A slope, some ploughing tools, and simple machinery are present in the scene. The drawing is rendered in a childlike manner, in soft hues of red, yellow, black, and white. The lines are sparse, yet sharp and vigorous. The width of the drawing is 50 cm. The length is 70 cm.
