The work charts Ming Wong's photo-journey from Singapore to Malaysia, following the trail of film pioneers who built cinemas. The Polaroid series depicts the fate of beautiful but now haunting 'architectures of entertainment' shaped by modernist Art Deco, Bauhaus, and International Style, vernacularised for the Asian tropical climate.
