Seeds and plants are living organisms that are highly able to adapt and survive. We think we know about a lot about nature and the abilities of plants, but we’re continually shown that our knowledge is limited.
Seeds don’t recognise borders and use all available resources to ensure their growth, continuity and survival. We, as humans, have discovered many seeds useful to us; we plant them, greatly accelerating their spread and transforming them for societal use and consumption.
However, other seeds move from place to place, knowing no borders and transferring across continents through their relationships with other living forms, organisms and natural elements. Seeds show themselves to be far more adaptable than humans in their resilience, silent movement and growth.
