The Medellin Museum of Modern Art (MAMM) was founded in 1978 by a group of artists, architects, business managers and entrepreneurs. Since November 2009 it is located at it's current venue in Ciudad del Río, a former steel factory converted into one of the best exhibition sites in the country.
