What is the role that art can or should play in the action field of urban transformation? What are the possibilities and limits of participation in urban development processes that cultural creators can detect? Based on examples of practices in Cairo and Stuttgart, the participants will discuss and reflect on the opportunities and risks, expectations and perspectives of artistic action in the urban space.
