Baroque-style palace constructed in 1690 by the Zenobio family with the design of the architect Gaspari. In 1850 it became the home of the College of the Padri Armeni Mechitaristi di San Lazzaro.
Still owned by the Armenian community, the palace is venue of exhibitions, concerts or receptions. It is often used for exhibitions during the Venice Biennal.
