Having visited the Sharjah Art Museum in the previous itinerary, this walk crosses the Arts Square, through Bait Al Serkal and Souk Al Bahar until the Collections Building. Included are:
- Arts Square
Public space interconnecting the different art venues of the Arts Area. Regularly used for outdoor art projects, interventions, workshops and performances.
- Sharjah Art Foundation
Headquarters of Sharjah's main institution for contemporary arts, organizer of the Sharjah Biennial, the annual March Meeting, and temporary exhibitions in various venues around the city.
- Bait Al Serkal
Renovated three-storey heritage building from the 19th century. Venue for changing exhibitions, workshops, and events organized by the Sharjah Art Foundation.
- Sharjah Art Institute
Educational establishment run by the Directorate of Arts, offering workshops in different specialities.
- Souk Al Bahar
Also known as Souk Mohamed Bin Saqr, traditional bazaar and heritage site.
- Collections Building
Art venue of the Sharjah Art Foundation for exhibitions, art events, screenings and workshops. Used to house the Ruler's collection.
Main institution for contemporary arts, organizer of the Biennial and other world class events.
