The domed basilica is seen on the photo from the back side from the lower section of Al-Khader Street. The Orthodox church was financed by donations by the people of As-Salt (see the interior on the sliding images). The ironwork of the arch above the main door displays the date 1914. The school that belongs to it, was the first private school in the city.
