Voltaje seeks to offer a panorama of the way in which different Colombian artists explore, question, confront, and come to terms with the multiple relations existing between art and technology. It is also a cultural initiative, created to intorduce the subject to a broader audience, a field in which Colombia has been a pioneer in Latin America since the 1970s.
