Ni pena ni miedo (no pain no fear) was made in 1993. Three years after the democracy returned, Zurita conceived this phrase in the Atacama Desert. With 3.5 kilometers and a Hispanic syllabary calligraphy, it shows a heroic way of facing the future, the hope and the tragedy. Each word, was made using a Backhoe and mecanic shovels, in a scale that can only be read only from an airplane.
