In 2001 Polish priest Sylwester Zawadzki came up with the idea to erect the biggest statue of Jesus Christ in the outskirts of Świebodzin. The Polish sculptor Mirosław Patecki was commissioned to design the statue, inaugurated in November 2010.
The Biennale has offered Patecki to use the 1st floor of the KW as studio to create a perfect head of Jesus.
