In the tympanums of the tepidarium (warm chamber) there are three remarkable frescoes with bathing scenes.
On the north side the wall is cut into by a tunnel vault covering an alcove. The face of the vault is decorated with vine-scrolls and bunches of grapes. The tunnel vault itself is also decorated with vine-scrolls forming loops filled with different figures which include a pacing lion, two hunters, and a hare running at full speed.
